Product Description

Freeze Dryer/Lyophilizer

Pilot production freeze dryer is a small in-situ freeze-drying equipment. It is applied not only in pharmaceuticalpilot workshop and small batch production but also in food or medicinal freeze-drying process.

Feature:

1. Efficient protection for the vacuum pump, starting after reaching the pre-set temperature.
2. Digital LCD touch screen, recording the temperature of the cold trap and samples as well as the vacuum degree. Data can be exported.
3. 32 or 36 users' programs, each of them can control up to 40 temperature zones and memorize their freeze temperature curves.
4. The tray possesses the freezing function, eliminating the process of pre-freezing the sample and automatically starting the drying process afterward.
5. Equipped with inflation valves, which can be filled with dry nitrogen or inert gas.
6. Single working time and total running time can both be recorded simultaneously.
7. The drying chamber equips the glass windows with high transparency to witness the process.
