Testing process:

1. Fetching sample (Fingertip blood or venous blood)
2. Fist add 10uLR₁A to R₁B,Mixture then Add 10uLR₁A to R₁B, mix well, then add 10uL blood to the mixture , mix again and waiting for 2 minutes.Take 25uL of the reaction solution into the chromatograph disk and add 10uLR₂ to the chromatograph disk
3. Put the chromatograph disk to machine for testing, then you can get result in 2s
